Penne Pepperonata Pasta with Turkey
Two packets of Trader Joe's Penne Pepperonata Pasta
One package of Jennie O's Italian Seasoned Turkey (defrosted overnight so that it could cook easily)
Six white mushrooms, chopped thinly
Goya Adobo Seasoning Powder
How to make the Penne Pepperonata Pasta with Turkey:
1. Cook Jennie O Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey in a pan, using minimal oil.
2. Add in mushrooms when the turkey has about one minute left till fully brown.
3. Mix together with two tablespoons of Goya seasoning powder for an extra kick.
4. Move meat to bowl to cook pasta in pan. You do not need to add anymore oil as the remnants from the turkey will suffice.
5. Cook the Penne packets according to the instructions on the back. I used two packets and cooked for about ten minutes.
6. Mix the meat back in and enjoy the sweet and savory dish.

Four red potatoes
Six white mushrooms, chopped thinly
One quarter onion, chopped thinly
One half green bell pepper, chopped thinly
Minced garlic
Goya Seasoning Powder
2 tablespoons of salt
1/2 tablespoon of oil
How to make the Fried Potato Fajitas:
1. Set a pot on stove with water to boil potatoes.
2. Cut potatoes into cubes to fit your liking
3. Boil potatoes with two tablespoons of minced garlic and salt. Stir.
4. Chop onions and bell peppers while potatoes are softening. Fry them in the pan with oil and light Goya seasoning.
5. Add in mushrooms. Cook until tender. Put fajitas/mushrooms in separate bowl.
6. When potatoes are soft, drain the water and fry them in pan using oil.
7. Mix in the fajitas and seasoning powder
8. Enjoy as a side to your pasta!
